ReplyPosted : (Sunday 13th July 2008 ) (Anonymous Posting)My internet connection has been "bobbins" for over a week now, yet eastserve "network guys" keep telling the poor ppl who have to answer the phones or frount the unsatisfied customers "that everythings fine":( ???Does any one know "WHO" eastserve network ppl are?
ive taken screen shots of speed tests i have ran since friday night will keep u updated on outcome.

Well after upgrading to the 20 pound month package im no better off :(still more unstable connection "than stable" :(
was told by some one at east serve that maybe its down to all diffrent wireless isp's ppl have in my surrounding area which is causing my probs??? also told there is nothing eastserve can do about this! so it looks like dispite me trying to give eastserve ben ov doubt im just gonna have to take my custom else where, sorry eastserve but it looks like ur sinking! Just my oppin ov course ;)
