Subject - New Phone Tariff for People on Income Support

Posted : (Friday 31st October 2008 ) By - jess (Registered User)BT has launched a new social tariff, BT Basic, for people receiving Income Support, Income-based Jobseekers' Allowance or Guaranteed Pension Credit, it costs £4.50 per month (including line rental & £1.50 worth of calls). Call 0800 783 1675 to request an application form.
But beware - the call cost on this tariff is 10p per minute plus a 3p connection charge.

So probably not good value for someone who will end up making many more calls than the inclusive 14 minutes or so.
