healthy food in Manchester, with affordable fresh food

at the heart of local communities. Increased local production and distribution

of food is a core part of their strategy. The BIG Lottery Local Food Fund has

recently opened and will distribute grants to a variety of food related

projects with the overall aim of making locally grown food more accessible.

Food Futures is investigating possibilities for using funding from the Local Food

Fund to support and extend their work with the community and voluntary sector.

This survey is being circulated primarily to organisations and projects that are part

of the Food Futures network. Even if your group has had no prior contact, Food

Futures would welcome your responses to the survey, if you work or plan to work on

issues relating to food in Manchester. Please only complete the survey if you are

based in, or working in Manchester.
