New East Manchester Ltd - is leading the redevelopment in Beswick in partnership with Lovell Homes and Gleeson Regeneration

Residents/Contractor (Gleeson) Liaison Meetings are held at the Gleeson site offices. Next meeting is 2pm on Wednesday 20th February.

Gleeson & Lovell Sales Offices and Showhouse:
* The new Gleeson show apartment is now open on Ashton Old Rd. Contact the sales office for details on 0161 230 8279 which is open 10am to 5pm - 7 days a week.
* The new Lovell sales office is now open on Rylance Street 10am to 5pm - 7 days a week. Telephone No 0161 230 7100. New Lovell showhomes will be opening for April to reflect the next phase of designs.

Gleeson Development:
* Next phase of handovers are due to commence in April 2008

* Next phase of handovers are due to commence in April 2008.

Demolitions Update:
* Next phase of demolition starts with 2 – 22 Will Griffith Walk in week beginning 4th February. Crudens Property Services Ltd. are the main contractors, Project Manager John Owens can be contacted on 0161 868 1700.
