Residents/Contractor(Gleeson) Liason Meetings are held at the Gleeson site offices. Next meeting is 2pm on Wednesday 23rd January 2008

A Residents/Contractor (Lovell) Liason Meeting has also been organised for 2pm Wednesday 16th January and is to be held at the Lovell site offices

Site News:
Bell Crescent:
Consideration is being given to a possible name change for Bell Crescent.
Gleeson Development:
Completion of properties on phase’s 1A2/1A3 has commenced and tenants are being signed up to their new tenancies with Eastlands Homes over the coming weeks.
Lovell Development:
First house completions on the next phase are due for late 2007, allocations for this phase have taken place.
A site visit for tenants to see an example of their new homes took place on Monday 19th November.

Demolitions Update:
Discussions to agree the timescales for the next demolition phase are taking place.The first block to be demolished will be 2 to 22 Will Griffith Walk.
Gleeson Sales Office & Lovell Showhouse:
The new Gleeson show apartment is now open on Ashton Old Rd. Contact the sales office for details on 0161 230 8279 which is open 10am to 5pm - 7 days a week.
The Lovell sales office on Rylance Street is open 10am to 5pm daily.Telephone No 0161 230 7100.New showhomes will be opening soon to reflect the next phase of designs. More details will be given as they become available.
