Subject - Setting up Outlook

If you find that you're accessing half a dozen different e-mail accounts from half a dozen different websites, then you can set up Outlook to retrieve your e-mails all in one go.

To set up an account to pick up your Eastserve Webmail in Outlook, just follow these steps...

1. Open Outlook

2. Click on Tools

3. Select Email Accounts from the drop down menu

4. Click in Add a new e-mail account and then click Next

5. The Email Accounts box will be displayed.

6. Click in IMAP and then click Next

7. In the next box fill in the details as follows:
User Information
Your Name - Type in your name
E-mail Address - Type in your eastserve email address
Logon Information
User Name - Type in your eastserve email address
Password - Type in your password
Server Information
Type mail.eastserve.com into both boxes (Incoming and Outgoing)

8. Click Next and then click Finished

9. You have set up Outlook to receive your emails.
